Wellness Fair for Faculty & Staff

The Health Services, in cooperation with Faces and Figures Skin Slimming Spa Wellness and the Health Cube Multispecialty Clinic and Diagnostic Center, would like to invite the Xavier School Faculty and Staff to a Wellness Fair on May 19, 2010. The activities will start at 8:00 A.M. and ens at 5:00 P.M. This will be held at the MPC (Multipurpose Center). On that day, the faculty and staff can choose from several free services which include the following:

1. Skin Consultation and Figure Analysis
2. Diamond Peel with Facial Cleansing
3. Back Massage
4. Foot Massage
5. Hula Chair for Abdominal Toning and Firming
6. Wellness Bed
7. Detoxifying Heat Mat

The Health Services invited 2 speakers, Dr. Marianna Ramona Sy-Quia Sioson, a nutritionist from St. Lukes Medical Center and Mr. Dave Bercades, a Fitness Professional. Two forums will be held. Dr. Sioson will talk about Wellness at 8:00 A.M. and Mr. Dave Bercades will discuss Stress Management at 1:00  P.M. The participants must attend the forum in order to avail the free treatments (No attendance=No Free Service). Each employee can only choose one among the seven stations. Priority will be on a first come, first serve basis. For reservation and inquiries, kindly call 212.
