Xavier South: Nuvali Developments

nuvali-banner-1.png

As you might know, Xavier School South is expected to open in the year 2012 as a co-educational institution in Canlubang, Laguna. The 15-hectare school campus will be located in the heart of Nuvali, a 1,600 hectare development by Ayala Land that is envisioned to be the country’s next urban center.

Ayala Land’s Nuvali project will include all the major features necessary to support a modern metropolis. It will have a central business district with office buildings, retail centers, business process outsourcing campuses, residential developments, schools, and other social and civic areas. The entire Nuvali boasts of an eco-friendly living environment with sustainable elements infused in its design. In connection with this, you may be interested in the residential communities that surround the school. Choices range from the affordable but spacious community of Avida Settings, to the beautifully designed neighborhood clusters of Treveia, and the exquisitely private and secure Abrio development.

Please note that for every sale referred by Xavier School, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Xavier School Educational Trust Fund (XSETF) as a seed fund in support of the Xavier South scholars targeted to comprise 25% of the school’s total student population. Your children and children’s children, male or female, could very well be beneficiaries of this scholarship fund. For further inquiries, please call Ms. Susan Reyes of the Development and Alumni Relations Office at 723-0481 loc 352.To find out more about the 3 Nuvali developments, click the following links

Xavier School Nuvali is planned as a co-divisional school, accepting both boys and girls. However, they will be educated separately, with ample opportunities for interaction, to address differences in learning pace and style, and unique formative needs.

I refer you to the very first sentence of the article:

As you might know, Xavier School South is expected to open in the year 2012 as a CO-EDUCATIONAL institution in Canlubang, Laguna.

i have a query and not a comment: the xavier in nuvali is still exclusive for boys or coed? because your foregoing write-up says that “the scholarship will benefit your children or their children, male or female.”
