Four Xaverians Break Swim Records at National Meet

Four Xavier School swimmers  broke meet records in the recently concluded Palarong Pambansa held in Tarlac in April 2010. These are Alfonso Bautista, Jeremy Lim, Christian Limsui and Axel Ngui. Alfonso Bautista won a total of three golds overall for Xavier and NCR. Congratulations to our Xavier student athletes!

Filipino Swimmer wins MOST OUTSTANDING 12 year old swimmer in the HONG KONG Mantas Invitational Swimming Competition held last April 24 and 25 ,2010 at the Shing Moon Valley Stadium Tsuen Wan Hong Kong. Alfonso Jose L. Bautista , an in coming grade 7 student of Xavier School won a total of 5 golds and 5 silvers to bag the best 12 year old swimmer besting swimmers from People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. His 5 golds were from the following events: 50 meter freestyle, 100 meter butterfly, 50 meter breast stroke, 50 meter back stroke and 200 meter Individual Medley.The young athlete Alfonso Jose Bautista is currently a swimmer of the Varsity team of xavier school and Philippine Columbian Association Stingray Team. He will represent the Philippines this coming June 3 to june 6 in the South east Asian Age Competition. Good luck Alfonso and Bring glory to God our country, And Xavier School.
