The photographs of Patrick Uy (77) taken during his visit to the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan are showcased in a special exhibit at the Grand Atrium of the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, from July 29-August 2, 2009. The newly elected officers of the AAXS took their oath last July 15 (Wed), at the Angelo King MPC. Fr. Johnny Go administered the oath of office to officers led by President Arnold “Jing” Velasco (83) and Vice President Atty. Ramon Lapez, Jr. (84). The Office of the Registrar has set the period for nursery application on Aug. 1 - 31, 2009, Mondays to Fridays, 7:45 am - 3:00 pm (no lunch break) and Saturdays, 8:15 - 11:00 am. Boys who were born from Nov. 17, 2004 to Dec. 16, 2005 meet the age requirement for nursery students who should be between 4 years and 6 months to 5 years and 6 months of age by June 1, 2010. The Xavier community extends its condolences to the family of the late Mrs. Angeles (Angie) de los Reyes Bunuan who passed away today, July 29, 2009. Seniors were given a firsthand glimpse on collegiate life last June 17 to 19, 2009 when they had their College Talks, a series of afternoon sessions where school representatives from Ateneo de Manila University, the University of Asia and the Pacific, De La Salle University, and University of Santo Tomas gave informative talks about the courses, requirements and other services their institutions offer.
