A Colorful Celebration to Welcome the Year of the Ox

Xavier School greeted the year of the Ox last Tuesday, January 27. The celebrations started with an institutional Mass at the sports center main gymnasium. It was conducted in Chinese by Fr. Juniors Table Tennis Team Claims PAYA Championship

The Xavier junior paddlers stamped their class over four other high school teams by claiming the championship at the recently concluded Philippine Athletic Youth Association (PAYA) table tennis competition held at the Blue Eagle Gym of the Ateneo de Manila University last January 17, 2009. Batch 83 and Their Gift of the Xu Guang Qi Chinese Multimedia Center

True to their pledge to sponsor the refurbishment of the Chinese multimedia center, Batch 83 formally turned over their donation of P1.2 million to Fr. Johnny Go last Tuesday, Jan. 27.
