Another Xaverian from Batch 04 achieves academic excellence! Bryan Cassidy Tan graduated from the University of the Philippines (Manila) with a magna cum laude. Bryan graduated with a BS degree in Biology. More power to you Bryan!

The April First Saturday Xavier Family Mass was celebrated last April 5. Thanks to the support of Batch 85 which sponsored the Mass, and the continuing involvement of parent volunteers of the XSPA, there was a good turnout despite the school being on summer break.

The National Secondary Press Conference - Regionals had been over a month ago, and I’d long forsaken – forgotten – any hopes of making it into Nationals. After weeks and weeks of pestering my moderators about the results, I realized the pointlessness of it all and, almost overnight, just stopped caring. Imagine the first star appearing on a clear night sky… its majesty casts in us a magic spell that blinds us from wondering how it even came to be. Rising from vast nothingness, enormous clouds of gas and dust many light-years across are gathered together to form a colossal mass. The GGX Schedule will be as follows:
Cardio Kick Box (Milo) 7:00 - 8:00 am
Short Circuit (Milo) 8:00 - 9:00 am
Cardio Dance (Paolo S.) 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Streetdance (Alfred) 6:00 - 7:00 pm
The Kids Club Hip-Hop class is at 9:00 - 10:00 am shortly after the Short Circuit class of Milo.

On Saturday, March 8th, eight Xaverians participated in the Interschool Debate Association (IDeA) Grands Championship. The championship was a culmination of this year’s IDeA debate tournament, a series of three competitions throughout the year that drew teams from top schools in the Metro Manila area, including ICA, Poveda, Assumption College, Ateneo, and Southridge, to name a few.
