Kudos to Xavier School. Our students at XS can really compete globally!

I am proud to be a part of XS Faculty (1995-2001). I have always believed in my students!

I'm glad to hear Xavier pioneering something like this. For one, I kind of envied those people who were still able to apply/qualify for acceleration (i think the II program way back in the 80s) when we were in Grade School. It just didn't cut the cheese when we were rather required to simply stay in a very similar curriculum when in fact some students had skill sets in Math and English that were simply above average. I think this is a tremendous step in realizing the potential of our students, even before they step into collegiate level.

It was only the presence of inspiring teachers like Winnie Losaria (may she rest in peace), Ms. Carol Metica, Ms. Fides Suelto (no idea if she's still a Miss... she was my grade school english teacher) and other great teachers who pushed me to excel. Now with additional resources and avenues available for learning, students will be able to channel their creative and intellectual energies to the things which really challenge them.
